The Greater Cleveland Career Consortium is looking to add a Data Support Specialist to our team!

Established in 2022, the Greater Cleveland Career Consortium (GCCC) is a group of public, private, education, and non-profit organizations working together to help every student in the region design a career plan that aligns with their interests and skills. The GCCC partners with school districts to include self-awareness and career-based learning opportunities for all students during the school day and connects employers with local school districts, students, and families to help build our regional workforce. 

The Data Support Specialist will support the work of the Greater Cleveland Career Consortium (GCCC) to create a culture of continuous improvement through data collection systems and thoughtful analysis. The Data Support Specialist will manage data platforms and processes to measure progress against GCCC’s objectives and goals including collecting, analyzing, and reporting data from multiple sources; facilitating data training and troubleshooting for partners; and developing innovative solutions to data challenges as they arise. The position requires working in close collaboration and coordination with the GCCC staff, cross-sector partners, platform vendors, and consultants.
